In this role, he was key in fundraising and managing financial operations and furthered his intimate knowledge of the economics governing healthcare’s value chain.
With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, Mike’s career spans public accounting, investment banking, and financial leadership across various sectors. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he built a strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting before transitioning to investment banking with Salomon Smith Barney and Lehman Brothers. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with start-ups and private equity-backed companies, providing strategic financial consulting to help businesses scale, optimize operations, and navigate complex transactions.
Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. His expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and capital markets makes him a trusted leader in the industry.
